Born from THE INARRA. Built for what's next.
Through years of conversations with women navigating motherhood, careers and everything in between, THE INARRA recognised a recurring challenge.
Highly skilled, experienced and ambitious parents were ready to contribute, but traditional working structures weren't always designed to accommodate the realities of their lives.
At the same time, businesses were looking for talented people to help them grow, often without needing a full-time hire.
Workroom was born to bring these two worlds together.
